A spirited entrepreneur, Don has over two decades of experience in real estate and building businesses from the ground up. From starting a landscape business right out of high school to opening his first real estate company and launching an Arts & Entertainment production company, Don has been able to leverage his business mindset, creativity, and his passions to build successful small businesses. Don attributes his success to treating employees and clients with integrity, respect, and kindness – and never faltering. 

After building a foundation in real estate at Century21 and RE/MAX, Don pursued his broker’s license and launched his first real estate company, Integrity Real Estate in 2003. Today, to reflect the new modern company Don rebranded his business to form Plumeria Realty with offices in Beverly and Wenham. Don’s experience flipping houses help him bring a realistic perspective to his investment clients or those looking to update their home. Not only will Don negotiate the best deal for you, but he can help you see its’ potential. A passion for real estate investments, Don’s recent purchase of the Larcom Theatre was a move to preserve the historic 1912 Vaudeville theatre and help keep local arts alive. Don and his wife, Lisa reside in Beverly with their two beautiful sons, Benjamin and Elijah.
